Mar. 24, 2018 Exhibit At The William G. Davis Centre for Families,
Brampton, ON. The 1st Annual Seedy Saturdays Gardening Fair.
In the forefront... are Garden-Grown Oregano that's been hanging in the dry shed all winter from last year's crop... Garlic I planted (177 heads from last year) ... Dried Pot-Grown Cayenne Peppers also hiding in the basket. The jars contain Hand-Pressed, Marinated Green Olives, accented with that same garlic chopped-up into bits--all floating around in olive oil and sealed for freshness over the entire winter. There's also a jar of our own Roma Tomato Sauce; you know... the little meaty ones? They make good sauce, with only A Stalk Of Fresh Basil from the garden placed into the jar once the marathon of processing 150 jars or so (annually) has been undertaken by family members during the peak of the autumn harvest.
